Be aware that in some cases water marks in fabrics are impossible to remove; when we have to tackle them, we usually use either 303 Fabric/Vinyl Cleaner or Meguiars APC, followed by extraction with our wet and dry hoover. Gentle agitation with a brush will be required, as will a fair degree of wetting, hence the need for extraction.
