Hmm, if this post is legit then your question is like asking 'are there any good cleaning products to clean my house with'?
If you are more specific on what items you require I am sure people could give their opinions on what is the best.
eg. do you need a shampoo, claybar, polish, sealant, wax, degreaser, all purpose cleaner. Is it for the whole car? Just the wheels? Engine? Is it to clean the car? Or protect it? etc etc The list goes on.
