Default Upolstery clean and protecting??

Apologies if posted before,
2007 STi withe blue Alcantara? Think thats what they call it?
Although not needed yet, how do you clean it??
Secondly once cleaned is their any protection spray, aerosol you can use to protect or seal it?? Something like what Supagard clain I guess.
