Silver Paint specs on car bonnet

One of my mates has found some silver paint specs on his car bonnet, what is the best way of removing this ?

I think my first try would be one of the paint polishes / cleaners such as Menzerna intensive polish and if that did not work, clay it.
StickyMickey should know what to do or have a look at A world for detailers...

first step would be to wash the car down 2bm etc then dry and claybar. after you've done this then move to the polishes if needed. chances are the clay process will remove it.
