Default Blackfire layering.

Hi all,

I use the Blackfire range on mine and usually apply the Midnight Sun wax over the Wet Diamond finish.

Does anybody know if you can layer them on top of each other.

In addition, can you layer the wax over the Blackfire Gloss Spray Sealant?

Many thanks
Ross

Here is a online chat conversation I had with Blackfire USA about same thing.
you: Hello, if I use Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory Carnauba Paste Wax can I use other Blackfire products on top of this?
Jon: Such as the All Finish Paint Protection or just the Deep Gloss Spray?
you: Either as I have both at present as well as Gloss Enhancing polish
Jon: Well the Gloss Enhancing Polish will strip everything off. You might have some difficulties if you put the All Finish Paint Protection over the Carnauba Wax. You'll have to try it to find out as we have conflicting reports. There is no problem using the Deep Gloss Spray though, we recommend using it to maintain the finish.

once the wax goes on you cant put the sealent over the top of it again - just keep the wax topped up every month - I love how easy it is to put on and take off

Cheers!

Had a feeling the WDPP sealant wouldn't go over the wax.

Re the sealant spray - the BF description on the PB website says the spray can go over the wax, but can the wax go over the spray?

cheers

I have no problems with the Wax on top of the spray on any of our 4 vehicles (Skoda, Seat, Land Rover & Subaru).

As above, Midnight Sun and DGSS can be interbedded no problem at all, but AFPP doesn't apply very well over Midnight Sun, so it's best to apply a coat of AFPP after claying and then just stick to the wax/DGSS (if the wax finish is what you want - remember the AFPP on its own looks great and lasts well, giving a sharper more reflective wet look that the wax).
