What can I say. They were able to run through everything that i needed for my black sti. I was so impressed with the politeness and knowledge that I immediatley went online and put my order in.

I agree. Spoke with Richard this afternoon and i don't think i've ever experienced customer service like it. 
There are plenty of companies out there that could learn a thing or 2 from him and his team. I know where i will be buying all my cleaning products from now on
