Default Silver car polishing nightmare

Can someone recommend a foolproof way of getting my 01 WRX in silver to gleam like the day it left the showroom.
No matter what products I use I'm having a really hard time getting a top notch glossy finish.

I got the following response from Polished Bliss when I asked for a durable easy to apply polish for a silver wrx:

If you want a durable, superb looking finish then the wait for the new gear will be worth it. The products I would recommend are...

Jeff Werkstatt Prime (one application)
Jeff Werkstatt Acrylic Jett Trigger (two applications)
Optimum Car Wax (an application after every wash)

I've tried lots of products and product combinations on my silver Leon, but none have come close to doing what the above combination did to my paint. For fours years I tried to get the flake to explode, but only really achieved glossiness and reflectivity.

Have you tried the Werkstatt, I think you will find it very similar to Klasse Prime = AIO and Trigger = Glaze. Basically it's the same stuff with water added to make it sprayable.

For silver you would be really pleased with the results of Klasse AIO and Glaze topped with Optimum Car Wax. Another cracking sealant for silver Metallics is Four Star Ultimate Paint protection.

What an oversimplification! The chemistry is a bit more complicated than that Tim. Werkstatt Prime (standard version) is indeed the same as AIO and Car Lack for that matter, but costs less than AIO. The other versions of Prime are unique to the Werkstatt, as is Trigger and Carnauba Jett. As a trader, you should know better than to come on here advertising. Please behave in future.
