Poorboy's Wheel Sealant

Just wanted to get things clear in my head before starting cleaning this weekend.

Before using Poorboy's Wheel Sealant do I need to polish the wheels with anything ie. blackfire or other polish ?

No, just make sure they are as clean as possible before you apply the Wheel Sealant (no need to polish wheels, just try to get all the brake dust off).

give them a good buff with some silver t-cut if you want to go the whole hog
