Targeted Adds? or are they Sponsored

Why are we getting adds for American cars & American weather?

I thought the SW was meant to be clever?

or is it a case of they pay for the add,

Many advertisers buy blanket packages that distribute their ads against all 100 of our automotive sites on a guaranteed CTR so they will be rotated on scoobyNet as well as we do have a quite strong US demographic.
