Search Function??
#3
Ah I see - Being made to pay for the use of a search function
I can see the point to try and get extra revenue, but surely the paying members will get fed up of the board being full of re-posts and people asking the same question all the time??!!??
I'll probably end up using google search instead

Sorry what have I missed
Hold on a minute - Spotted the Sticky in general!!
Does the new £5 search actually work properly - I always found it wouldn't search for more than 1 word even using AND / & ??

that's very strange michaelro, as it always works for me.
If you're only paying for the search, I would advise getting used to google first and making sure you're happy with that, as the search you get with an upgraded account is the same as before.

what an inspired and artistically constructed piece of valuable feedback. Thank you so much!
Care to elaborate on how the world's most valuable internet property, and immeasurably the most advanced search engine algorithm on earth... "sucks"?

I cant find the sticky...
The old search was perfect and one of the best site features IMO.
I may be missing something due to not being able to find the sticky thread, but it appears a perfectly good search facility has been removed and a worse one put in its place, unless you want to pay for what was once free?
