Is it just me that keeps getting this message every so often when moving between forums and clicking on threads? Its getting quite annoying....

That's strange. I'll leave this for a bit to see if anyone else is experiencing the sname.

Is this all the time, or just over a small period of time?

 

Just over the last couple of weeks I would say. May be something at this end, but will keep an eye on it and see
