Argh! Change Password

When you are editing your profile, you can see your existing password and change it.
Hence, I type in the new password (something easier to remember) and click save (or is update). I think get an e-mail with my new password attached which is not the one I just asked for it to be.
Edit again to put the correct p/w in, another e-mail with a different password.
Annoying, 'cos now I can't have the password I want and I'll be damned if I can remeber the generated one I've been sent.

I had to join again because i changed my email address in my profile but put co.uk instead of com so did not get the new password so i am the old chelsie_herts
still never mind i'm not on the boards to get counts.

This happened to me too !
I updated my profile with a new Email.
I recieved the email with my new generated password.
I updated my profile to set a more memorable password.
I recieved another email with a generated password.
Ground hog day :^(
