Could you tell me when this occurs? Is it when you first click the red card, or after you have selected the options. If the latter, which options have you selected?

Yes I do all the filling in the form I even made a mistake and it tells me so I correct it then press submit and the error comes up !

and completed both boxes with a reason

 

hmm strange.

Next time the need arises, could you please try not including a reason and see if that makes any difference? In other words, just select the bare minimum, and give it a go?

actually got this same error this morning when I was infracting the 12 year old trolls in general...

error only came up when I put a comment in the title or body of the message, however if I left it to just a comment in the ban reason, then no problem.

 

I had a similar problem stopped writing chapter and verse and hey presto !!
