images enabled in all sections?

just my smilies weren't working on http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/showthread.php?t=296618 & it seems to be as it should but no pikky/smily only shows as a link?

are only blue smilies allowed now?

Hi Simon/Shaun - any idea when images will be allowed in projects? I get the "You may not post attachments" in posting rules, making it a little difficult to make any post regarding a project really
