No sigs?

Because they increase download times and use up bandwidth when all 20 posts on a page have one. I believe there have been numerous votes against them. They are for people suffering an identity crisis.

I do agree. Some sigs look great to. But you have to think of the people on slower connections and those who don't really care about anyone else.

There was a lot of debate about sigs and avatars a while back and it was the choice of the community as a whole to leave the board without them as they liked the clean and simple look that we had and currently do have.

Its not a prob mate - i was just wondering as most other boards have em - seemed a bit impersonal thats all. I suppose u like what yr used to though....

As an example your sig is 47742 bytes. If 20 different people posted with sig like that each page would be an additional 954840. Almost a meg makes for a slow board for a 56k user.
