Is it possible to compile a list of known good Tuners / Mappers ?

+1 for Duncan, mapped mine today

. Made 343 on Blob STI, decat + HRC 255lph pump + Panel filter. Absolutely chuffed, nice guy too, good price to boot. Recommend highly.

Yep mark gets my vote , he managed to extract 495 bhp out of my spec d today

Being honest I find it hard to believe how just by remapping it, it will have such a drastic change in general so I'm looking forward to being made to eat my words lol
