Just pulled out to overtake a moped lol and I totally lost 3rd gear and now it's rattling like mad. I can get every gear other than 3rd but very noisy. What are my options and how much money am I looking at?

Really that cheap? Relief! I was expecting and 600 plus bill just for a box. Is it a big job to do on the drive do you think or does it need to be on garage ramps really? Thanks madscoob

 

well i bought mine off a member on here, and got a mate who is a mechanic to change it on the driveway, however when i had the clutch done a local rally specialist, who just happens to be a customer of mine, did it in 3 hours £40quid a hour cash

yea was going to say chances are youll have to put a new clutch in aswell(if its worn that is) i bought a recon box for 500 ,paid a mechanic mate to fit over night for 275 and put a new clutch in too
