I was just interested in what you lot are runnin.

I use Castrol Oils for everything.
Engine RS,
Gearbox Automatic Transmission Fluid
Diff (ZF) - Castrol (LSD - Real LSD not the scoob viscous type)

I have tried most oils over the past few years, and the main conclusions that I have come to:

1. Stick to the grade specified by the manufacturer, if still in warranty.

2. Get the dealer to put in any non spec oil.

3. I prefer to use fully synthetic oil in turbo cars.

4. I don't like long service intervals - my oil and filter are changed every 5000 miles/6 months.

 

Castrol RS or Mobil 1 15w/50
Dont use mobil 1 0w/40 to thin

mobil 1 motorsport, in the engine, subaru stuff in the box and diff, so far

 

Motul 300V 10W-40.

May switch to 15W-50 when I do some track days.
