Does anybody know this member?

Bought a slam panel cover off him back in November, paid for recorded delivery, item never arrived, discussions back and fore, said he would sort it, hasn't, now can't get hold of him.

Not a massive amount of money involved but still a bit miffed- not really in the spirit of the forum IMO.

Tell us you didn't paypal it as a gift?

 

if it was done by paypal, and linked to your debit/ credit card you can ring the bank up, i did this for some faulty goods i received and they did a scheme called charge back, i believe. it might be worth doing that if it was a bit of money.

Good enough deal but he is a smooth talker and kept a few things from me. He has closed his workshop btw.

He's definitely not to be trusted obviously he couldn't care less, as there's been around 8 months since you paid him..Don't listen to his excuses and demand full refund

Lack of response is my biggest gripe, although surely if something is sent recorded....it's easy enough to track. Well- that's the theory anyway.

 

Never, EVER send money for something as a Paypal gift.

Unfortunately, this site is a magnet for them, and people make the mistake of thinking that, because they are on here, the site must care and the person must be honest.
