Default scooby wanted

I'm looking for a 2003 onwards etc, preferably an sti with less than 60000 miles on the clock and a good history. I have looked at loads but all seem in poor condition but priced as pristine. I have cash waiting and live in Nottinghamshire. If you have one or are aware of one please let me know.

Have you tried Hurst Cars:

http://www.hurstcars.co.uk/

I haven't used him myself, but he has an excellent reputation on here.

Budget is whatever it takes really but I am not going to pay over the odds. Nothing in the for sale section that's at the correct mileage really.

They look goodish but have concerns over the need for an engine rebuild on the first and the mileage above 60k on the other. Ideally I want a last of the line blob eye.

I may be interested Daz, it depends on spec, condition and price. What do you have in mind?

NO dissing you but a 2007 hawk pulling 400 is far and away better than mine.

Let me say now.
Play the numbers game if you want.

I'm JUST getting used to what 362/350 is capable off.
And it's a string of cars doing 40 in a 60 limit, and you take them in 200 yds.

You got 400 - don't bother with anything more.

that's normal with most scoobs, the pull from 40 to 100 is very similar we are only talking fractions of seconds between a car that has 260 bhp and one that has 400 over 200 yds it takes an awful lot of extra ponies to make a 2 second difference over a 1/4 mile, Imo big power is not really needed for the road it's all about small ******* and no talent.
