Battery keeps dying,think it may be boot or bonnet sensor.Anyone know how to find out
firstly have you had a check done on the battery itself? does all the wiring on the car look good-no badly fitted gear added>?
have you checked alternator is charging properly...[might not be applicable if its only when left]
secondly check for current across the fuses with ignition off...things like relays can stick[heated mirrors etc]

cheers for the info. definitely not the battery as i fitted a new one two weeks prior to it draining. to check the voltage across the fuses when ignition is off.. not really clued up on how to do this. could i do this with a standard set of test lamps? if i haven;t done this before would u advise me putting it into a garage or is it pretty straight forward?

my car suffers from a similer issue if I dont use it withing 2 weeks its dead

2 weeks is nothing, im 3 days with my escos...... bloody cliffords.
there is a leak down test for across fuses, on youtube. type it in and itll tell you which fused wiring is pulling the most current,
