Default Blobeye hid problem

Hi. Tried to fit hids to my blob sti today. They won't work. Normal bulbs work fine then as soon as I plug in kit they don't work. All wiring is correct, just 2 wires. And lights work direct from battery. Anyone else had this trouble?

looking at my drawing you have a white wire going to the bottom of the H1 bulb you need to connect your black wire from you ballast to this and red wire from the ballast to the black that goes to the bulb housing ground

Just flip the plug around that goes in to the ballast, it looks like it goes one way but it will fit the other, had the same problem as above and as soon as I reversed the plug it fired up first time, had me baffled for ages
