I was part of the Gathering in 2008 and have had the windscreen sticker on the car ever since. Unfortunately I had a stone chip a month or so ago which has cracked the windscreen and its too big for a repair. This means I have to get another windscreen before my MOT in October but I do not want to lose the Colin McRae Gathering sticker as its a reminder of a brilliant day with more than 1000 Scoobies and being part of a Guiness World record (I am the top left corner of the E in McRae!). Ive done a search of t'interweb to see if I can get a replacement sticker but to no avail. Does anyone know of anywhere I can get a replacement? I would be really grateful. Ive tried peeling the sticker off carefully, but its sunbaked on permanently.

Ive had an email nudge from Scoobynet this week to remind me I havent been on here for months, so hi to everyone I havent spoken to for a while. Ive somewhat changed the use of my Scooby these days and have a website if you want to see it.

I've had the McRae Gathering entry sticker on my windscreen sine the event, which was an awesome weekend!

I took mine off recently & it came off in one piece. I have no doubt that it could be scanned in then printed onto vinyl!

Did you get the commemorative smaller sticker when leaving Prodrive?

 

There are no replacement stickers as they were made to order I belive .As already said you may be able to get someone to copy the original.

 

I also still have the McRae gathering sticker on my window + the one from pro drive i also have two spare stickers in the envelop they were posted out in lol

 

Do you fancy selling a spare one as I damaged mine when took it off the car,wished I'd just put it in the window like some others did

 

I still have the small sticker on my rear window, the larger one is unused and laying in a draw in my spair room

What size sticker do you need?

I'm after the entry one as shown above in the thread but not holding my breath as this was a day to remember,got rest of the stickers including the handover one at Chester racecourse.

In reproducing do you mean printed as original or as I have seen done before the sticker is built up of layers,as good as they look they are not the same as a printed one.

How can I get another sticker as wanted to keep it but have to get another scooby as someone rote mine off and wanted to keep the sticker

Hey mate.... thx for sharing the file a good few years ago mate. As I'm getting my car back on the road I recon I'll be sourcing a company who can reprint the sticker - dont suppose you recall the exact details of the material which was originally used?
