If they can't be bothered to awnser the phone or return my calls then I will send my bussiness elsewhere their loss

 

There is only him at his unit so answering a phone call if he is busy working on a car is not possible.. He is a very busy man for a one man outfit so you will need to keep trying. Or... you could pop along to his workshop and speak to him in person..
