Default Reccomend me some gearbox and diff oil

Hi fellas,

Gonna be sticking my spare diff on this week so may as well stick some fresh oil in it as well as the gearbox.
Not sure what oil to go for, currently running over 400 with a 5 speed, someone mentioned something called shook proof.
Had it done last year at ZEN but can't for the life of me remember what we used.
Any ideas or reccomendations.

One being Millers CRX 75w90 & the other being Mobil one Mobilube HD 75w90, Never had any issues with either and running over 400bhp

Can't see it doing it any harm but superfluous if you're using a good quality fully synthetic like Redline or the Millers.

I'd also recommend the Millers CRX 75w90 NT - i've seen it's available from Demonoils.co.uk for £61.99 for 5 litres compared to £75.49 from Opieoils

Don't OpieOils price match?

The other option is the Fuchs Titan Race Syn 5 (formerly known as Silkolene Syntran iirc) which is £65 for 5-litres, less your scoobynet discount

Plenty of people have used that with no problems
