Sharla STi from the USA Saying Hi!
Hello All!
Just wanted to say hi to everyone
I have been invited to come here and make new friends and learn more about Subies.
I am "Sharla STi" You may have heard of me or maybe you haven't. Let me tell you more about me and my car.
Firstly about my car.
I have a 2007 Impreza WRX STi. I'm building it for the 1/4 drag. I am sponsored by a few who believe in my dreams to become an international inspiration to all the women out there and to just have fun in motorsports! Before the build, my car was rotated and had/still has a GT35r turbo in it. It had 390whp and made an 11.7 second pass at 6,000ft elevation (sorry for the feet measurements lol). That's really high. At sea level my car may have made a 10.7 second pass. Anyway, after my build I am hoping to be tuned at about 600whp. It's a lot of power, but I wanted to reach high. lol.
About me, I do model with my STi, I also go to as many national subie events as I can and I'd like to do more in other regions of the world. I am also a rally co-driver for a shop here in Colorado called Flat4Motorsports. They are also one of my sponsors who is helping me with my build. I used to model and moderate for a car forum as well. I have been featured in many online car magazine, been shown (not featured) in DSport Magazine and one of my many goals in my modeling/car passions is to be actually featured WITH my car in a performance car magazine Wish me luck!
Things I love:
teamwork, open-mindedness
Things I do not like:
flirting, and demeaning/hurtful comments about women.
I'm 100% ok about leaving this forum as I have the others and continue on with my dreams without you. So please be kind
I look forward to meeting all of you and learning even more about cars and motorsports.
If any of you would like to help me out with a contest that I am currently a contestant of, please click on these 5 images and "like" them all so that I may hopefully beat the girl in first place. I'm currently second place but she has a good lead on me. If I win, I go to Asia for a photoshoot where the photos get put into car magazines! The contest is for Malaysian girls only, but they waved me to let me participate. They also seem to really want me to win. Now I just need the support from the car community to get this crazy gear head into some car mags!!! haha. Here is the link to go to:
