Default can someone explain to me about hub dyno readings

sorry if this has been covered before, i have searched but just wanting clarification, hub dyno measures the flywheel figures does it not? so if say you get 300hp on a hub dyno to get a "rough" estimate of a wheel HP figure is the maths to multiple by around 20%?

sorry if this is a noob question it is something i am trying to find out.

A hub dyno gives the power at the hub. They are great for back to back testing and development work, although a bit long winded for dyno days!
( We had one last Saturday, 42 cars!)
I'd love one, but can't afford both.
