Default whats it worth

Due to the wife being out of work for 8mths, i have to consider selling the Impreza but unsure of its value.

2007 Impreza WRX (Hawkeye)
2.5 Turbo 47K miles on the clock,
last service April 2011,
Mods include
Kenwood DVD, Sat Nav, Ipod, Blutooth unit - cost £900,
Short Shift box,
Prodrive WRC spoiler - cost £750,
Mud Flaps,
17" lightweight wheels and new tyres,
induction kit,
decat exhaust system from turbo back,
remap by RaceDynamix
strut brace,
samco turbo hoses,
BC racing Coilovers - original suspension also included,
whiteline ARB's, ALK, Drop links - Suspension componenents were supplied and fitted by Scoobyworld in October with bill for £1400,
225lph fuel pump,
K-sport 8 pots
bumper has a small hole were the vent was ripped out, however i have a new bumper with STI fog covers and a new splitter thats needs painting & fitting. i have been quoted £300 to have the work done

It's a buyers market and you'd lose a lot of money if you sold. I'd sell the upgrades separately and recoup some money that way. The car as a rough estimate is worth between 8 to 9k with the upgrades.

to hazard a guess id say about 8.5 to 9k topside but only due to some of the desirable mods and low mileage as you can pick these up from as little as £6,800 standard with only slightly higher mileage

I would definitely consider selling some of the upgraded parts separately. You will claw back more money this way. It is a lovely car with some tasteful mods and it's a shame you're having to sell.

yeah i know, its just i dont have the std stuff to put back on. I really dont want to sell but i cant justify £70pm insurance and £80pw petrol

I now have a '99 Astra 1.6 with a whopping 75bhp .... 0-60 in 4 months
