HIDs +smoked glass=Suretrac?

As far as I can gather on the JDM Sti7 if it has HID lights and rear smoked glass it has front LSD.Does anybody know differently

For 2002 cars, either the GR or GI cars have HID, smoke glass & suretrac.

MY2001?? MY2000 is still the GC8 Impreza.

I thought for 2000 bugeyes (ie MY01) they had to be GL's to have the suretrak.

Yes but if its second hand from Japan how do you tell its a GL.
