Default Cant find my old thread!

Been looking for my old engine failure thread but cannot find it anywhere!

Even looked on google and its gone.

I know it was closed back end of 09' but its just dissappeared now.

I have e-mailed ScoobyNet regarding this last week but had no response!

Was it 'the one'? The thread featuring a bad build by an unmentioned engine builder? Do you have new info?

It was binned

The last comment in there was (from yourself)

Right guys, i dont blame you all for your comments against me. This case has been much, much more involved than i ever imagined, tying information together, linking stuff together, letters to and fro big style, the list is endless. JGM is bang on, there are still things going on, but i have been advised not to put anything up on any forums untill we hear from their insurance. That is the stage as it is at present, the definitive engineers report with supporting legal letters left with their insurance.
Sorry cannot give you any more info guys

No doubt some of you will have your 2 pennies worth here but hey!

Anyway not gonna dwell or droan on its simple after a knife edge decision by the judge, who in fainess to him could only come to his decision with the 2 expert witnesses report (not attending court) laid in front of him ( Defending expert witness never saw the car). The pendulum finally swung in Area 52's favour so a line and full stop can be drawn on it now.

Congratulations to them ah!

Congratulations? U drag a company through the courts and not to mention everything that was put on here by the usual haters and not even an apology??? What a shame your so called expert witnesses didn't attend then you coul have wasted more of their times too with all this! Am glad u feel that u can draw a line on it now then as that's all that matters!!!
Really is stupid how things like this can go so far
