Hi peeps,
well i was doing a gentle 87mph up the M62 today and i had this nice merc behind me, he kept trying to keep up (he slowed for the hills for some reason?? big 220 merc?) well i was getting a bit fed up and the options were, 1. bite and blow him away or 2. pull in and let him past.
In my infinate wisdom i decided to do number 2 and let him past and what a good job too! for just as i pulled in and he "flew" past me the nice vauxhall omega that was now 2 cars behind me pulled out and followed the merc for 200 yrds before shoving on his lights and pulling him for speeding (phew!!) so if your on the M62, its a dark vauxhall omega 2ltr 16v, P reg, only one occupant!!! be warned! (i never like it if i see a pair of halogen headlights behind me anyway or omegas!)

i've seen that one as well
theres also a green peugot 405 i've seen usually between A1/ M1 never seen it go past A1 towards hull!(fairly easy to spot its always clean!

I must have been just ahead/behind you, I was overtaken by the same Omega and thought P-reg, to old to be a police car...mile down the road he had pulled an M-Class over Saddleworth Moor (c7.30pm)

I saw him in the morning at around 11am, looks like he doesnt like mercs thou he pulled a C class when i was there, oh well good job i dont drive a merc lol!!
I think the dirty car is the police attempt to be covert lol!

I use the M62 near Hull, where I live, and have been told there is a silver Audi A6 unmarked police car too. Be careful everyone.

never seen an Audi around these parts! I travel to Halifax every day.
did see a dark blue Volvo t5 saloon -with video -pull some one over near the bupa hospital in anlaby on Sunday afternoon!
anyway nice to hear from some one in this area!!
