Default 2003 WRX Pulsing

My 2003 WRX has started pulsing if you are keeping a steady speed anywhere between 2000 - 3000rpm the car feels like its pulsing,

I have wd40 the throttle cable, Were else should i be looking??

Ive also noticed when starting it sometimes in the morning it goes to start then sounds like it won't then it starts, sounds a bit lumpy for 30 secs and its fine??
