I've recently changed my inlet manifold for the same one but had it powder coated. When I started it up it sounded like it was running on 3. Then it cuts out. It had been running on 4 on odd occasions. All that happens now is the starter motor turns but sounds like there's no compression and it won't fire up. Everything is in the right place and I've changed the spark plugs but no joy

 

hi id check that it was plugged in securely at the main blocks under the intercooler above the gearbox,cam sensor and crank sensor plugged in and the coilpacks plugged into the correct corresponding manifold loom socket also coolant sensor temp connection on the crosswaterpipe othe than that thrs not much else other than the fuel pipes connected wrong,hope some of this may help.
