Hi,

I've got on the reciept for my car that the heads were matched to the 2.5 lump in it.
I'm now looking at building a 2.1 for it and was wandering if the heads would still be ok to use on the build?
Tried asking scoobytechnix who built it but no reply yet.

You cant use heads that have had their combustion chambers opened to match the 2.5 block, unfortunately you will need some new heads.

 

Well that's a ****er, now thinking it might be worth selling the long engine complete rather than taking the crank and the heads for my 2.1 build
