WHICH SPRINGS WILL LOWER CLASSIC STI V2 ???
Hi. As per title, i am looking for set of springs that will lower my STI V2. At the moment, on standard STI springs ride height on my car is 3 fingers gap between tyre and wheel arch. I am running on 17's 205/40/17. Which ones will you recommend?
Cheers

I've also read that some people used Spax springs on their classics Sti. I don't want to go extremely low, but definately lower than 3 fingers gap.
Please guys, HELP !

I'm on Prodrive and they're harder than std. You can't have it both ways I'm afraid.
What i was trying to say is that i know that Coilovers are proper hard when lowering springs aren't that hard, if you know what i mean? I don't mind to make it harder/stiffer (will be even better) but not as hard as coilovers.
You can adjust coilovers so they are not hard and you can also buy a softer spring with coilovers. But you will be hard pushed to lower it and keep the ride quality.
Tein are a good spring but you realy need to pic the correct rating..

BC's are decent budget coilovers mate (approx £500-600 depending on vendor).
Tein are highly rated, and then you've got bigger budget ones like Cusco, AST, etc.
Remember VAT goes up to 20% in Jan. (
