So I bought my Scooby over three weeks ago and haven't received the logbook yet, I part ex'd my old car an I had the letter saying that I wasn't the owner of that anymore, any ideas when this should arrive?

 

Did you or the dealer send the v5 to swansea if the dealer did ,ask them when they sent it .

 

when i got mine it was only 2 weeks give or take

 

mine took an age to turn up, around 6 weeks, so long infact i was tempted to send off my little slip and get it myself...
But luckily, found a DVLA letter on my door mat the next day....

 

Same thing is happening to me

I only got the confirmation for selling my last car two days ago but when I phoned the dvla they said they sent it on the 16th but had received nothing yet about buying the new car

And to leave it six week and phone the dealer to find out when he posted it, then the dvla could issue it from the slip I still have plus a trip to the post office to collect another form

 

mine took 4 weeks to come thro my front door

so i think the time varies on the dvla,royal snail,location etc.
