usually hapens when you hit the rev limiter........the Denso ECU gets fooled and throws an error because of crap sensor. It will go out after 5 starts then remember to keep the revs down LOL
is it hard to change and has any 1 else had these?
Had it changed on my 00 classic its right at the front of the engine at the top of the block, should be well easy cos you don't need to even move the alternator normally... But on mine it was a complete t**t (surprise surprise!!) as it had managed to corrode itself to the block so it came out in lots of tiny bits... GRRRR!!
....Anyway mine cost £159 +vat from scoobaru so if you can clean it i'd give that a go first IMHO...
