Oil change and shavings...

Oil change and shavings...
Just changed the oil in my gearbox, it's 108,000mile car and I'm not sure if/when it was last done. Is this a bit too much debris?:

Presuming that the shavings in that pic are very fine, then i wouldnt worry.

looks like the result of a few grindy gearchanges in the lifetime of that oil .
