Default ANDY FORREST Reworks his magic again :)

My 52 2.5 conversion 20g turbo Wagon has been running like a bag of spanners, 160 Miles on 60 Litres of fuel OMG. Engine management light on because of my TGV been stuck open. Took my car to Greer Motorsport yesterday for TGV deletes and ported, and Andy Forrest worked his magic on the EcuTec, what a difference. Great power band. Big thx Andy

The head was an STi with TGV's.

TGV's are butterfly flaps that stay closed when the engine is cold, and open when hot.

So i have taken them out and ported out the valve to allow more air to travel through.

Andy has switched off my engine management light, and everything is running sweet.

UK STi's do not have TGV's (like UK sti's don't have an EGT sensor LOL)

Glad you got it sorted

Hi Shaun,

They were a pain in the *** to do, but they are removed and ported as well, so the holes are huge. All i need is my 6 speed box, 18" wheels, BC coilovers, Whiteline ARB, Brembo's, Oh and another 100 BHP LMAO

I ask andy not to push the car to hard because of the gearbox, and my 20g has a little play on it. Approx 350 bhp 361 Lbft. Andy recommended that i fit a catch can to help with the breathing.
