Default Changing plugs on a classic

Hey guys,

Even though i've had 4 classics and changed the plugs once before i can't remember for the life of me what socket bits i need!!

I have a 1/2" drive Teng tools set which has a small extension and also a large one.

Do i really need a 1/4" drive set or can i get away with the one i have?? If i get a spark plug socket online is it a 16mm one i need? Also would it help if i got a jointed one?

If anyone can take a pic etc of exactly what i need?

Cheers in advance
