Default Fuel injector problems

Hi,
Have just changed the original fuel injectors to some pink 550s that I bought on S.N. recently. My present car is a MY2001 newage WRX. (UK).
All was going well until I started the car and was met with a spray of petrol everywhere! The N/S injectors are fine but both the O/S were leaking..I duly removed them and refitted them making sure that they were pushed fully in. Restarted the car and the same thing happened again. Having removed the injectors again I have found that there is a small O ring missing from one injector which seats at the very top of the unit. On the other injctor the larger top washer, (which resembles a train wheel) seems to be oversize.
So, the question is does anyone know where I can obtain a new set of injector seals or is it a case of buying another complete set?
Many thanks, Mike

Personally I would have them cleaned and flowtested too.
