Since i have been living in swansea matina i have had a car parking spot under ground. Great. But this has caused all my problems.

The car has had what looks like hard water (limescale) dripping on the paint and windows. I have phoned the maintainance manager for the area and he said that he had had this before and that the liability insurance will cover it. Great.

Phoned the incurance company and they told me quite roudly that i had to go through my car insurance. Ok, phone my car insurance up and basicly they will right my car off rather than repair it.

Can i use a third party solicitor to claim for the damage to my car without going through my car insurace??

Any info would be much appriciated.
