Default SWINDON WEATHER???

A mate of mine is getting his 330bhp+ classic road mapped by Bob.R this saturday 16th and i was thinking about tagging along, just wanted to know from the locals what the weather/road conditions were expected to be like around Swindon for that day?

Weather in South is expected to get warmer later this week so should have thawed by Saturday ... I'm snowed in today though!

Jarvis, while your there you could ask him to show you the mapping results of my old Hawkleye WRX.

I believe that the weather will be getting more settled towards the weekend, rain is on the way and should wash away most of the snow. The temperature is due to rise as well so less risk of slush/ice.

The roads that Bob uses are really good, some of the A419 dual carriageway and it is pretty quiet on there as well.

Good luck tomorrow to Taylor and I hope he has fitted the ejector seat that I suggested in the back (not for Bob by the way).

I have no doubt that Bob will get the best possible result out of the car , Bob has got a cracking 911 GT2 capable of over 200mph.

That is just like you to misquote/alter my words, now when did that happen before?

Seriously though good luck and I hope it all goes well, plus I understand that Taylor has bought some industrial ear plugs.

Get your right foot into training to, so you can hold the boost that Bob will require

Harder work than you think, trying to watch the road and trying to watch the guage, not as easy as it sounds. Your foot has to continually keep adjusting the throttle to hold a specific boost target.

Aye I found it fairly straightforward though, but alot of people can't do it at all.
