Hi i have bought a fuel pressure regulator and want to know how and where you fit them? What pressure too? I have a walbro 255. Pictures would be great

The best leave it to car mechanic.
But in general you will need to find the original fpr, replace it with adapter (i guess your new fpr won't fit directly into rails) and pull the pipe from adapter to your new fpr.
More or less like this in a couple of words...
