I presently own a 05 Impreza WRX which is a Uk spec but was imported in from Cyprus. I am looking to trade the car in for either a new Impreza STi or something else. Will I have problems trading the car in at either a Subaru dealership or another dealership with it being an import? I've heard Subaru dealerships wont accept these cars as a trade in. Is this true?

I have no personal experience but I dont believe its true at all, if I was looking to buy a scooby at the moment it wouldnt put me off, I would judge it on milage condition etc just as any other car, I personally think its scaremongering
