Default Tips on decreasing turbo spool up times

As above i'm after any tips or advice on how i can decrease the time my car takes to spool up to turbo boost.

i would love to get my car to boost 300-500rpm sooner if at all possible.

Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated

Smaller bore up pipe, water injection or smaller exhaust side on the turbo.

Had mine coated by the supplier, and so can't comment on a before and after, but mine seems to spool quite late for an MD321H.... but when it does

dunx

P.S. Perhaps a variable geometry up-pipe is what I should be making !

would a smaller up pipe not restrict my bhp bannny ? seems to be fesable as it would'nt need as much air to spool up.

i had to go for a 3"exhaust to get over 400bhp before as my 2.5" would only do 382bhp
