Off to the Nurburgring in a few weeks and need to get her ready for the long drive. Not going to be going mental round the track so priority is just maing sure we get there/back safely and have some enjoyable laps.

I have a short shopping list of things that need doing but on a budget...

Brakes: standard at the moment so I presume they are 2 pots on front?
Any recommendations on pads and discs?

Air filter: needs replacing so which panel or cone should I go for?

Tyres: standard 16" alloys at the moment. Front driver has wear on inside...replace both or all tyres. Any recommendations?

Backbox: considering oval backbox...is there any difference in performance between oval and circular? Any recommended?

Will also be de-tango'd before I go...is the any noticeable difference between clear and crystal kits?

 

No advise?! I'm going shopping today soon so please have a say!
