Default Scoobynet WAP site for mobile phones?

Hi all,

Been away from home this week and without t'internet as such and therefore been unable to access scoobynet with any real satisfaction. I say with satisfaction because I have been able to access scoobynet, but it's been via my Nokia N95, and it took an absolute fookin age for each page to load which was a massive and costly pain in the ****. I was therefore wonderin about the possibilty of a scoobynet wap site so that we can access scoobynet via our mobiles and keep up with the community when access to t'internet is limited or none existent. Would it work, is it feasible, what do you all think?

I've been using it on my N95 for about a year, the problems when there's a pic to download, takes ages!

Which, with the new ad banners, is where I'm getting the really bad delay.

Is it viewed via a 3G network?

Even when not viewed via 3g scoobynet loads fine, sometimes pages take about 15 seconds to loads depending on images but once loaded there is no problems

I use a N95 on voda for browsing on the move. The original browser is very slow as you say.
Goto www.opera.com on your mobile, then under Opera Mobile, download and install the Opera Mini application.
Its just a different browser to access the web but you should find that the download speeds are a revelation compared to the original supplied one!! The page scroll tool is nice too.

Agree with Carl.
Opera + HSDPA is like broadband.
I do get a regular problem on some days with repeatedly having to enter my username & password when in SN though.
A simpler SN for mobile use would save my data usage.

It looks absolutely shocking to me!! Sorry Stu

Both the browsers (Opera and the standard one) on my N95 don’t like it.
No Pictures will display, screen wont scroll down nice at all, all text gets highlighted????? Don’t know whats going on? Its as good as un-useable

Does anyone know if its possible to revert my settings on Opera to look at the normal site and not the wap one – its ruined my life at the moment!!!!
