anyone feel like i do about 25 nov. 2005?
came across a picture today of imo the late great Richard Burns
. when i learned of his death i was shocked and upset as i knew nothing of his illness and just admired him for his determination, skill, and that underlying sense of composure and modesty. so when i listened to the news later that day i will never forget the newsreader saying that British sport had lost one of its great heros, GEORGE BEST
. i could not believe it, not that a man threw his life away after being given numerous warnings, not to mention a new liver, but that an old has been footballer that beat his wife and alienated his family took priority/ no, totally overshadowed the headlines over the tragic death of a true current sportsman. Still to this day i feel that the balance of this needs to be addressed as imo there still to this day is not enough coverage of this true great and the person he was

Whats fair and right doesn't even come into it im afraid. As said above GB will sell more papers due to being known pretty much around the world. Be just the same if both Gazza and Loeb died tomorrow.....who do you think would make the front and back pages.
