should i chuck the genome in for a nur spec s? dont get me wrong i love the genome but im not sure if i can stick with it, i like to swap and change,even if it did take me ages to get the genome

Plenty of people have swapped their Ninjas for the Blitz. The last shipment was almost all pre-sold before it arrived. Must mean something.

Does the blitz system come in 3" and turbo back or is it just the back box

 

nur spec R is the centre and backbox 3" i think and the nurspec s is just the backbox 2.5"

could be wrong though

 

are you mad all the trouble you went to finding a genome .

how is the genome on loudness on idle ie outside your garage at 7am is it will the neighbours complain

 

perfect for early morning starts,tick over sounds nice,then it comes to life when you drive

 

The Genome is a nice rare touch to be honest but I just love the Blitz R sound.
Don't know how the 'S' would sound over the 'R' and wether the 'S' would be different to your Genome.

 

good point, does the R couple up to a standard 2.5" or does it have to be 3" straight through

 

the genome is a sweet system but the nur is a different kettle of fish altogether .


had a nur on my old classic and it was bloody loud .


have an afterburner vortex now and it is pretty similar to the nur if not deeper

Blitz Nur Spec S is backbox only & is 3" narrowing to 2.5" where it meets with the centre section.



Blitz Nur Spec R is 3" including backbox and centre section where it narrows to 2.5" to meet the existing downpipe (classic) or catpipe (new age)
